Mike comes from a family of veterans and is a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel now serving as a leadership coach and healing expert assisting Veterans, military and spouses through the transition to being civilians again. I really enjoyed chatting with him and exploring the concept of Leadership Embodiment.

I was exploring new topics and had someone suggest that Leadership Embodiment was helpful to raising their quality of life with PTSD. After exploring this topic with Mike I can see how it could be very beneficial for someone. At a very basic level this could be a technique to help someone to become more introspective and help show us how our patterns of learned behavior are impacting us. Additionally it hits on how you project yourself.

Please share and like on IG, FB, Youtube, LinkedIn and Twitter. If you or someone you know has found a healthy way to deal with PTSD, I would really enjoy knowing how you went about doing that. Additionally if you support,  provide services for these groups, or have extensive knowledge of benefits available for these groups please shoot me an email or DM. I would love to have a chat and share that knowledge with the community.
